Executive & Career Coaching

For High-Achieving Professionals at a Crossroads

You have built a career that looks, from the outside, like success. And yet — something feels off. The drive that once propelled you has gone quiet, or the role that once fit has grown too small, too large, or simply wrong. Maybe you are navigating a transition: a promotion that came with more pressure than fulfillment, a layoff that cracked open questions you didn't expect, a pivot you've been circling for years but haven't yet made. Or maybe you are still very much in it — performing at a high level — but quietly wondering whether this is the life you actually want.

I understand that world from the inside.

Before becoming a psychologist, my first career was in finance — investment banking and private equity. I lived the culture of high-stakes, high-performance, always-on professional life. I know what the drive feels like, the adrenaline, the satisfaction, as well as the costs and what it quietly asks you to set aside. I know the particular challenge of seeking help when you are used to being the one with the answers.

This background and lived experience inform my expertise in working with you.

What We Work On

Executive and career transition coaching with me is psychologically sophisticated — it goes beyond résumé strategy or career mapping. Together, we explore the deeper patterns that shape how you work, lead, and relate: your relationship to achievement and identity, how stress and ambition intersect, what drives your decisions under pressure, and what you actually want from your professional life — not just what you have been trained to want.

I work with executives, founders, senior leaders, and ambitious professionals across industries, including those navigating:

•       Career transitions and pivots — whether voluntary or precipitated by change

•       Leadership development — identity, presence, communication, and managing teams

•       Burnout, disillusionment, or chronic dissatisfaction at work

•       Imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and internal barriers to advancement

•       Work-life integration and the cost of high performance on relationships and health

•       Returning to work after a significant personal life transition

•       Entrepreneurship and the psychological demands of building something from scratch

•       The emotional complexity of success — including grief, loss of identity, and "what's next?"

For those also experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship strain, or other clinical concerns alongside their career challenges, I offer the full depth of my clinical psychology training and expertise — integrating psychotherapy and coaching into a comprehensive, individualized approach.

My Approach

My style is direct, analytical, and deeply collaborative. I ask the questions that cut through the surface and get to what matters. I help you develop clarity — about your values, your patterns, your strengths, and the story you have been telling yourself. And I help you build a path forward that is yours, not a version of someone else's definition of success.

Sessions are available in person in Burlingame, CA and virtually throughout California. I also work with international clients and corporate teams. I am bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
